NOTE:  You will have to return to this page to complete STEP 2 (Payment).

The Iowa District Church of the Nazarene Children's Camp will be July 16-20, 2018.  

Registration will be a 3 step process (with an optional 4th step).  

Please follow the directions to ensure that your child's registration is completed by June 15th.  After June 15 there will be a $50 late fee that will be applied to the camper registration.

 

STEP ONE:  REGISTER Complete the Camper Registration Online form, by clicking the button above. 

Remember all fields with an * are 'required' and your registration will not be processed until all required fields are completed.

STEP TWO:   PAYMENT - Once you have completed the online registration form, please click  HERE  to send your payment.  The minimum $50 pre-registration deposit must be paid by June 15.  There are a few payment options.  

1) Pay the entire $150 registration fee in full at the time of registration.  

2) Pay the pre-registration deposit to register your child (by June 15).  If you choose this option you can pay the balance online before July 1, 2018 or you can bring a check for the remaining unpaid balance with you to camp.  

3) If your church pays a portion of the registration fee (such as the $50 preregistration) they can pay their part online and parents can pay the balance as described in #2 above. 

NOTE:  If your child earned a camp scholarship by being the top quizzer at the zone or district quiz you must email  pastorleah86@yahoo.com to obtain the scholarship code that you will enter during the payment process.  You will need to get the scholarship code before you enter your payment information.

STEP THREE: ELECTRONICALLY SIGN WAIVERS -  You will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours of registration, from DocuSign.  You will need to click on the link that will be in the email.  The access code is 2018.  Please read the various permissions and waiver forms.  After you have read the forms you will need to electronically sign the appropriate documents.  

STEP FOUR - OPTIONAL:  If you would like to electronically submit a copy of the campers medical insurance card and submit an electronic photograph of the camper (it needs to be recent, COLOR PHOTO, head and shoulder view).  You may send those documents to pastorleah86@yahoo.com.  If you do not submit these items electronically you will need to bring them with you to camp on July 16, 2018.  No child will be allowed to attend camp without submitting these two additional documents!
